Lately it seems that everyone's been getting into doing 'good'. What's up with all these celebrities and mongrels dedicating their time and money into philanthropic work? Well, whatever the reason is, it's great! I hope it continues! I was lucky to be able to photograph the "Artists for Peace and Justice’s ‘Let’s Build a School for Haiti’ fundraising Dinner" at Salon Millesime (inside the Carlton Hotel) last Friday night. It was a great evening, there were a lot of celebrities there, such as Russell Crowe, Susan Sarandon, Gerald Butler, Trudie Styler, Paul Haggis and Philip Seymour Hoffman and many others. They were all fundraising for the development in Haiti.
From what I've heard, they raised over $700,000.00 from the benefit. Courtney Love bid $17,000 for tea with Adrian Brody...
