Gallery Opening! - "Changed Perspectives"

So today.. it's finally here!

My first gallery opening! I'll bring you up to date:
Well, my friend Erin used to work at this gym, and one of her friends there asked if she wanted to showcase her work there. It's basically a huge hallway leading into another room. It's a lot of space, so she asked me and my other friend to showcase with her. Since all three of us studied abroad (they went to Italy while I went to Japan) this Summer, we decided to have our work from abroad showcased .. and our show is titled, "Changed Perspectives"- and it means exactly what it is called. :)

Been really busy trying to print out my images, get everything set, buying the food, and my nerves are just a big wreck because it's week 10, finals is next week and I just had a load of work to do right before this gallery. We spent the last few nights setting up, hanging and just making sure things look all right.

I'm pretty excited for this! My family came up last night to support me. They are so sweet. We had dinner last night and now they are out shopping while I finish getting some more prints out. I'm tired!

Anyway, the last two weekends I went home to New York for a bunch of things. On the professional level, I worked with a makeup/hair stylist and model for a shoot last Saturday. That was really fun and the images came out awesome. Here are some samples:
